Pulp Ray Gun Redux

My pulp ray gun char has reached crit/crit sev soft cap and targeting computer is no longer as useful for her so I'm working on a new build she can grow into. I've chosen composure as her new passive and even though she's ego PSS she is dex based. Here's the first go:

    I forgot to add that she's Vind/Guardian, usual setup.

    Afaik, TC adds flat %ages for crit/sev, so normal rating DR shouldn't affect it. That said, you can still use Composure if you want to try something different (and more defensive). The build looks like it can be fine for the device overall (which I assume still uses TGM's base, Particle dmg, and UF or MSA as the EU- since I don't have the device myself to check), and provided you can keep Chest Beam's debuff rolling.

    I use a mix of chest beams debuff and chest beam variant's buff. It works out nicely.

    The build looks good to me.

    I had similar and recently respecced for INT as the primary SS. I think I may be eking out a little more DPS with INT but I didn't do a lot of testing. Since Unified Theory works more off of END, you may want to consider swapping REC for END. You could also consider taking Shotgun Blast over Submachinegun Burst and see if you can get a Laser Shotgun power replacer. Laser Shotgun has a little more synergy with Unified Theory as the EU.

    I would use laser shotgun but it just doesnt fit the char. She keeps her laser guns in her mechanical legs much like robocop.
