  There is a retractable wings flight power, but afaik you have to buy it, and then you'd be using two flying TPs here. Anyways, the basics of the builds are fine. You could just use something like Sonic Device and/or Toxic Nanites to add extra effects to your attacks (like the thrown weapon powers). Also, you don't really need Eviscerate in the build if your main rotation is alternating between Shred and Massacre w/ Brawler's Setup (could free up a power slot for something else, if so).   Alternates between Shred and Massacre for single-targets, while Frenzy is the main up-close AoE and Throwing Blades can be a Stealth AoE opener and ranged attack. Chained Kunai can also provide you w/ another self-heal and CC option. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some End and Con.
