cardassins would be under Romulan side for character selection. as for bajorians, they are part of federations, but have them start out on bajorian starting ships before promotion for starfleet ships. some players wanted independant faction.

since they added Kit Modules and ability skills, UGH! also R&D crafting tab are too limited, can they add that "buying" extra R&D slots, maybe up to 10 times limit per character? due to they add Omega particals.

usaully after 4 seconds between next hailing before next racer on the track. i can tell which was did by mistakes and those who waited on purposes.

same, got new PC and i was able to get Neverwinter downloaded, and STO failed. what wrong with ARC???
