So its finally shown its roots as a theme park game and now is classified as one. This is no longer associated with the universe of Star Trek. Continue to butcher your alternate universe Cryptic while I go and play a different game.

They either make 3 factions or cancel the entire thing because what they have done is essentially idiotic beyond comparison. I expect that if they haven't changed things by mid April then they will lose a ton of the players because of this terrible move.

Level 50 would be enjoyable if it wasn't for the grinding. There are two things you must grind which is reputation system and dilithium. I don't farm dilithium everyday and mostly just play and whatever I get before I log off I refine but its never near 8k a day and sometimes I don't play this game everyday. So whoever said just drop 5k into the fleet for dilithium doesn't realize that's really expensive for those that don't play everyday. I find it absurd…

Oh sorry for typing this out on my cellphone and having auto-correct destroy my sentences in the process. STO is tied into everything from the TV shows maybe you should make a new character and play through it again and you will realize some stuff is linked to the TV shows. There isn't going to be anything outside of playable Remens and Romulans. Those are going to be the two only races with this faction.

Romulans have the best cloaks and will be far harder to knock them out of it. You might use that ability to knock Klingons out of cloak but it wont work as good on Romulan ships and in fact might just make the them shimmer. I expect the stealth skill is going to play a huge factor and its going to start making it necessary…

Why is the game so focused on damage instead of clever tactics? The reason is to dumb down the game but then again if you don't have the gear it doesn't matter. Make it less gear focused and more brain power thinking focused and pvp would be far more entertaining. Currently its whoever has the most free time to farm things…

I think the temporal destroyer is far worse and more OP then a bug ship. EDIT: Both ships are totally TRIBBLE and ruin the game. PWE is the one in control of how long the servers are down for and so knowing that downtime means money lost is likely to be the servers will be down for only a short amount of time.
