Foundry, the Dil could be used to fund an actual Software Engineer to fix it once and for all. Charge a minimal Dil fee to unlock the Foundry for a month for users to access the missions. Of course content creators would have free access.

The reason the Foundry was closed was Cryptic, in their infinite wisdom, used the Community Manager to fix the foundry software issues each release. Really, using DPS as a metric is not good. Especially if you run a drain build. A lot of science abilities will not register with the 2 different dps meters. Time would be a better metric. I think the issue is the "invalid skills" respec that causes a SNR. I respeced all 56 of my alts. Most of them 2 months later had the "invalid spec" issue. When I respeced them a SNR occured. I think this generated SNR is what is causing the lag for everyone.

Seeing this on most transfers to Tribble. Just noticed them on Holodeck today. All three ships I respected on Holodeck had "skills not valid".
