How do you claim the T5 Galor from the pack?

I just made level 40 with my new Cardassian. Time to switch over to a superior Cardassian warship and cast aside these Federation rust buckets.

I can't figure out how/where to claim the T5 Galor that comes with the pack.

Claimed the Vanguard pak
Logged out, and then logged in.
Looked in the Ship vendor, not there (the Cardassian T6 Flight Deck Cruiser is the only Cardassian ship I could find).
Looked in the Reputation, Events, Store, Account Rewards claim, not there.
Looked in Dilithium Store, Reclaim tab. Not there.

I suspect the True Way is involved somehow.

Guess I'll just have to solder on in another fine Federation Ship. ;-)

For the Cardassian Union!

BTW, these Federation uniforms sure make ones scales itch. So the superior Cardassian uniforms will arrive Thursday for sure? Or should I get more creme from Dr Bashir?

    if you've claimed the pack it should show up under the t5 section as being available. try filtering to t5 and see if you can see it then. if not then let me know as we're entering bug territory and this thread will need to be moved.

    Cryptic, this is confusing, especially for new players. At level 40 you are taken to Earth Space Dock and given a list of available ships. The Galor is not on the list. So new players will miss the joy of Cardassian deck under their feet for their level 40-50 experience.

    I still think this is a True Way plot. :-)

    Problem is with the free spiral waves from claiming the ship the first time it stops you from claiming the free spiral waves from opening the lockbox Keldon.

    Presumably, if the "new player" has bought the pack, they know what it contains.
