Hmm ... hard to say. Pandas are good and had very clean builds some time ago, but even them exchanged skill for a huge amount of clickies by now. Not only that they defend themselves with Voth immune consoles, i also saw them black-holing, Iso'ing, TIFing and so on. Its rather sad actually.

I suggest: If you fire Ion-Beam, then it should put ISO on a 30sec cooldown or something and vice versa. I tried it for myself. The combination of ISO and Ion-Beam is enough to insta-blow a target. I didnt fire a single weapon! Vaping by using cheese shows lack of skill imo. Its far too much free damage, and the ISO has…

It was my intention to bring a thought on this in here. From what i heared by old friends that play fed-side. It was not my intention to go against teamplay, if you assume this. please consider that people dont have 100M EC for lockbox ships. some even dont have the EC for the fleet ship modules. some dont play 50h per week. just sayin

Its also a matter that many more casual people that do try teamplay simply dont have the funds to get proper gear/(lockbox)ships

Maybe one thought on this: There is no breathingroom for upcoming teams anymore. I know three guys (okay, not a full team, but at least something) that used to team up with team-orientated builds and went hitting the Qs. Though in the last year they were confronted with fully Lockboxed out teams with Bugships and Timeships…
