The Temporal Intelligence Agency could be a sub set of Starfleet Intelligence, for an in game link. Cryptic probably needed it because that way they only need 1 set of lines, other than character introduction, for each temporal intelligence NPC.

IMO all BOFF seats on all ships should be universal again IMHO. In all probability this idea could not be properly balanced.

If they want people to learn on normal then normal should reward some of the items that are available on the harder difficulty levels like the processors or VR mats. None of my toons use phasers I have vendored all of them. If I decide to use phasers I am probably going to get the ones from the 8472 rep at least that proc is consistant.

If you like raptors it is a good ship, but I do not like flying raptors so will not spend my limited zen for it. If and or when I get enough zen I will most likely get the intelligence battlecruiser.

The Eclipse with the Phantom nacelles looks sort of like the TFCT Roger Young from Starship Troopers, came across that on another thread so I cannot claim to have discovered it. Personally tho the Scryer with the Eclipse nacelles does not look half bad either

If you do not have permission then you are not of high enough fleet rank. In the fleet window there is a tab that says Settings that has what each rank is allowed to do in the fleet. Settings of the fleet are done by the fleet leaders and each rank has certain requirements like 300,000 lifetime fleet credits earned.…

I do not have the Collectors edition that gave you that ship but I can purchase it if I had the zen. I wonder what other collectors items they have done this to.

From what I have seen there have been no reference points in any of the photos so the Phantom could be large enough to have Scimitars for shuttles for all we know. Without those reference points saying the Phantom is not thick enough to have more than 1 deck is wrong but that is your opinion and you are welcome to it.

As I mentioned in another thread I think that the artists are getting burned out trying to come up with federation looking designs after all there is only so many ways that you can get the "pizza cutter" look. Besides the Enterprise-J is how many centuries ahead of STO?

With the level cap increase they could just separate the levels and rank but keep the levels at which you unlock a new rank the same for example you unlock Commodore (Rear Admiral Lower Half) at 40 but still get called what ever rank you have set your toon (like that will ever happen :rolleyes:).

Right click on them and use them to convert the old material to the new ones A new window will open and then you "sell" the old 1 to 1 for the new eg. 5 Metreon Particle Traces for 5 Random Materials If I remember correctly. I did that at about 1 am my time

@shadowfang240 The doff, in my understanding, allows you to craft the set without requiring you to have level 15 in 3 different schools the material costs are still there
