When I've been logging on I get a 2 minute window of pure lag as soon as the world loads up. clears up after a couple of mins. Fun times when i logged on, into the battle zone and was surrounded by a Voth battlegroup
I found the acquisition of marks to be rather random, unless I picked up a mission from one of the wandering starships. And OP has a point, chat is really annoying when you're picking up 4 zones of chatter. Other than that I say good job!
Am I missing something by thinking being stranded in the Delta Quadrant isnt exactly a problem that would nessacarly be encountered by the.current level of tech in game? In Voyager it is said that Quantum Slipstream velocities would bring them home in weeks/months add in the fact that all factions have access to Transwarp…
Easiest way is to buy Lockbox Keys and sell them. Other options are grind the foundery farm missions once a day, tour the universe still grants a respectable amount of EC or getting lucky in your loot drops for sale on the exchange. There are probably more and Im sure someone will mention it
yeah you are quite right about that playing around with it seems im missing a critical hull heal and im nearly certain about adding another Hazard emitter into my sci skills
I've seen a few people go with the KHG set for carriers and I think I will go with that, I am tempted to just go beam arrays instead of the dual beams. Keeping everything in that 90 degree arc is troublesome. Would it be worth it, if I tossed the photon torp out for another array and just letting my B'rels do the damage I…
I've noticed Ive got a bit more aggro recently, possibly because I seem to hit on my best build to date, I found it hilarious bursting out of a pack of spheres on ISE after popping all my dmg buffs and destroying three cubes in the process. Once in a hundred opportunity and got through it with 5% health left. Still with…
While I agree with this point, least its part of the same universe. Instead of some made up tenious link to get a ship that during its run was considered so OP that apparently nothing but whole fleets could destroy it. I see what you are saying, but adding things non Trek would further degrade the experience and we may as…
Nope. If this was included, where would the line be drawn? You argue that STO has thrown all canon out of the window, at least they are still trying to keep it 'Trek'. Add ships from differant franchises and every man and his dog would want his/her favourite ships in all in the name of 'Special Events' or Lockboxes Why not…
Go on to the Dil Exchange sell your Dil into Zen which is account bound. Log on to your KDF toon, sell the Zen into Dil and withdraw it into your KDFs Dil balance.
you can transfer Dilithium to different toons via the Dil Exchange, you just need to be prepared to make a minor loss on your balance (think of it as a 'banking charge'). That is unless I misunderstood you and you want to transfer it to completely new account (i.e. a friends acc) which doesn't seem necessary to me.
I had a bunch of ships disappear while trying to finish the Jem story arc. typically it wouldnt let me finish the mission despite dispatching the Jem Dreadnaught.
could be the server could be busy. I've been disconnected a bunch of times while trying to complete the final mission in the Jem/Cardi arc. There's is only so much I can take of that Captain Kurland interrupting my mission every time I start it again :(
Unfortunately, I have an hours ban after suffering so much lag my game client crashed. It's just one of those things you suffer for the greater good. Granted the problem was on my end and I feel I let down my team-mates. I've had some good pug match ups recently too :(
Looking into the known stats for the Scimitar, I reckon when they release it, it'll probably be in the guise of a tactical carrier, much like the fed carrier. Probably with the hull strength of the Jem equivelent
totally agree with the OP, if I wanted to play a game with no challenge or way to better my skills I'd give in and watch paint dry... I had that same problem, but I packed it in for the evening had a think and realize I wasnt playing as a Romulan would fight. I found that hit and fade attacks worked especially well,…
