Disappointing to hear that the Scimitar will only be a Carrier, now I don't mind if one of the models for it was more an assault cruiser/battlecruiser type. Many players have been looking forward to this ship for ages though I'm sure a significant enough portion of them aren't also Carrier runners.

Beats me but it's a pain in the butt dealing with these people. I usually do instances with friends premades but sometimes I just wanna get on and do these for kicks. Kinda just bums me out when I see these tier 2 ships and junkers. Kills my reason to bother playing till my friends are on.

This is exactly the problem with the test server in this game. Feedback from players is rarely even glossed over, they only really listen to the internal testing team. Just lock the test server completely from public use and stop insulting the intelligence of the playerbase.

I tend to check it out sometimes, and the authors really do an amazing job despite the clunkiness of it at times. I find myself impressed by the esoteric details that's in the storylines as well, stuff that was mentioned in one episode as a passing line. These guys are true Trek nerds.:P

I don't think Bops are that squishy, it really is all about how you set them up right. I don't fly anything in the Kdf other than Bops.:)

Besides a couple of Kdf diehards, not many are acting as the voice of the Kdf anymore. I figure most just moved on from the issue or quit the game. I honestly I stopped caring and don't think anything is going to be done about the Kdf. Any sort of mention in regards to the Kdf by Cryptic is just lipservice and empty.

I'm not surprised but I am disappointed that Cryptic broke another promise that lockboxes would only have faction neutral ships. It's become less Star Trek and more general scifi these days, and I'm ok with that. I'm more of a all around scifi fan than a fan of any one scifi IP anyway.
