He also told me to Uninstall STO and install in without Arc.....i believe this won't help.

I'm gonna just take two seconds here and defend the term 'leper' as used by the people here. Let's look at and break down the word 'Leper'
"Noun 1. leper - a person afflicted with leprosy. leper - a person afflicted with leprosy
lazar
diseased person, sick person, sufferer - a person suffering from an illness
2. leper - a pariah who is avoided by others
castaway, outcast, pariah, Ishmael - a person who is rejected (from society or home)"
While I do agree that we don't seem to be collectively suffering from leprosy, or some other form of illness (unless you count game withdrawal), we still have another definition that seems to have some merit. And further exploration of this secondary definition can lead to the conclusion that while the term itself is not pleasant, it can be, under certain circumstances, accurate.
PS: Since the devs can't roll back the holodeck to keep the people there happy, why not roll back Tribble so that we have something to do besides badger people on the forums?

I remember reading that definition. Still, I don't like that term.
Makes me feel even more helpless than I am, here.

I was just online several minutes ago on my very Old Laptop, which has windows vista on it, though the graphics card is definately obsolete(and thus prompting a message on screen about how the driver was out of date).
The point being Drozana station and New Romulus Command was very active with players tells me that this issue that is causing a problem is going to be swept under the rug as the majority of players are currently online as we sit here.
I only managed to claim the tribble on a few select characters as my old laptop is definately unable to handle high end graphics.
Branflakes tweeted to someone " why not find a friend nearby that has access you can log into" when someone asked about claiming the tribble tells me that sadly, as long as they have access, the minority simply does not matter, that coupled with the fact is is now 1:18 PM PST time with no updates about this means only one thing.
Not trying to really found a fleet... just trying to pass the time... have some social interaction while we wait...

however you have a forum full of players (some paying) who believe (myself included) that we have been ignored, put aside.
many fair questions have been asked, like.
if this was such a priority, then why are there still updates being produced?
and others if you look back far enough.
