    this Come Only From The Launcher Or The Connection Server Because I Used A Vpn To Connect And Patch,
    Then Played,
    Then Disabled The Vpn While Playing
    So I Disconnected And Returned To The Blue Menu With Earth And Spacedock
    Rewote My Password To Connect Again And This Worked.



    Now I Disconnect Everything And Relaunch The Launcher And It Bugs.... Again So You Know What I Mean ????

    Same problem as before, even tried restarting with EU proxy. just gets to 199kb received and dies.

    My bad, I pointed tracert to the wrong domain. Re-ran it, although I have gotten it connected through but it is INCREDIBLY SLOW. (It has been downloading for 45 mins and is still at 0% and my broadband is 100MB!)

    aaaand back to square one . . . the time when im not even able to load the launcher . . . i was complementing the fact that i could at least get to the character select screen, but of course complement always seem to have negative results here -_-

    Restart launcher after switching to "Patch via Proxy"
    How to do that?

    Anyone think they who rule a Cryptic might allow us to refine our dil for today in another day? as it's sat there in my account and I haven't been able to refine it... I guess a lot of people are in the same boat. I also think I know the answer.

    No this error is NOT resolved the launcher opens but will not patch and when it starts to patch it stalls out you guys really threw a wrench in the works this time.

    Please fix this problem

    My launcher opened, says it patching but its frozen on 24kb, then suddenly started downloading at normal speed.
    Also the patch size is 8224MB, is it downloading the entire client again?

    not fixed for me, on the blank launcher page, while it is loading, I get a script error:

    no matter what I pick, the launcher actually appears and get stuck on a mini loading window.

    Please fix this.

    I was just kicked out of the game, and now its saying I need to patch 5663MB again?!, really? another 5 gig?but so far its stuck at 16KB... wonderful...

    I'm with Time Warner of Central New York. Still don't get the STO launcher it just hangs. The Champs launcher opens I can log in then does nothing hangs on the patching stage. Ill try it again in a couple hours and will tracert then.

    it was mentioned earlier that if you change your ip address u may gain access... i now am able to install the update, though very slowly. to easily change your ip using windows; go to the 'run' bar and type w\o quotes 'cmd' then type, also w\o quotes 'ipconfig/release'. wait til it clears it then type 'ipconfig/renew'. i hope this helps.
    Don't know why it says i'm an ARC user. i will never use that TRIBBLE Cryptic!

    I'm patching 6801MB

    no fun... and I want to refine my dil by midnight. I sure hope they let us do a double dil, but I know it won't happen.

    BTW disable on demand patching in the launcher, I got in and then got booted with patching in a load screen.

    Changed to patch via proxy in the launchers options menu and restarted launcher.
    The update has downloaded but slowly compared to normal.

    The game has loaded up fine after that.

    Oddly after another uninstall and reinstall I am patching normally. I can not say what is wrong only that it seems to come and go???

    I hope it is fixed soon becuase frankly, Cryptic doesnt need more troubles. Especially with NWN being highlighted in PCgamer.

    I'm getting the patcher up but it won't patch to launch. At least there is a nice banner on there saying "We are aware of an issue in which some players are unable to open launcher. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue.", great, thanks for that.

    ....oh. Hold the phone, starting to connect and patching...

    I merely uninstalled and re installed and now it works. ??? I'm happy but hope they fix the issue as a whole quickly for all.

    Though I am interested to see how NWN turns out but it needs to get a leg on before ESO starts grabbing the headlines.
