    i still cant get the launcher to open in a normal way.

    Mine's getting there, my launcher loads but due to only 1 in 4 packets getting back to me its not quite functional

    EDIT: And I'm back where I started...

    I must say that I can enter the game but the lagging is horrible constant "server not responding" :eek:Hope they six this:rolleyes:

    Launcher is working now but impossible to update files. Bandwidth is 0kb ^^

    It's an attack from Borg ?

    well things have patched on the launcher, but everyone that have said they have got in were right, the character select screen is stuck on a black screen and wont load . . . looks like things arent fixed after all :'(

    Somehow I managed to get into the game. At first the launcher took some time to load completly, then the patcher took some time too to get started (31k for some time and a few minutes later the lancher was ready to start)

    Atm everything is fine ingame

    I may be having backwards progress. I had to restart a stalled launcher, and now its just sitting there with the words, "Loading..."

    your lucky ive had the launcher pop up but that is it still waiting on it hope it not too long :confused:

    Try this to patch ... at launcher, before pushing Patch, select options and check Patch via proxy and select EU as Proxy (I live in EU).

    After that once patched probably the Cancel button doesnt change, click it and game will load.

    Now working without VPN :)

    Perhaps they need to re-calibrate the tranciever array to clear up the data-stream...
    It always worked for 7 of nine when transmittions from Star Fleet were laggy and slow.

    OK the patch download seems to have reversed and it's actually sucking data out of my computer.

    Im sorry to come across as a total TRIBBLE but im in its patched without any problems and im currently at ESD!!!!! :) no issues or slow patching!!!!!!:D on a BT connection and based in london uk. Hope you all get sorted soon!!!!!!

    Well I for one am not too happy... I haven't been able to access the game client all day... I really hope that this issue gets resolved soon. I am at this point not going to post anymore Tracert, cause it is evident that I am not the only one with this issue and my area of coverage has been addressed several times... Just making sure my voice is heard!


    well about 2 minutes later the launcher is working, so I guess we will have to see now!

    I'm able to connect even patching now but got something " internet explorer command file error" (whatever that means here) the window pops up and begins the patching process.

    I have the launcher up and I'm patching, it seems to be working now. I'll update if/when I actually get into the game.

    to all those that are happy about things patching at the launcher, dont be. as soon as you get to the character select thing, it tries to patch something (god knows what) and just freezes . . . the only thing im getting at the minute is the background music of the character select screen :/

    . . . but at least this is an improvement to a few hours ago.
