Im happy the Feds and Klingons are getting new ships. But bout the Jem'hadar and Rommies. I get why the cardassians dont get one

Simple fact is Jem's AND Rommies do get access to those ships, and they've just released 5 Jem'Hadar Ships and 3 Cardi ships (not including the lockbox/Lobi T6 updates from T5U's). So they're not losing out. Let's not turn this into an 'equality' argument.
Keep your promise. I did when we finally got the Andorian escort bundle after years of asking for it. Both ships look great, so if you have any KDF captains you might as well get the bundle.

Falling on deaf ears dude. Several people are already ranting about "THEY LIED TO US! THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE ROMULAN SHIPS AND THERE IS NO ROMULAN SHIP! THEY LIED TO US BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED TO MAKE THEM ANYMORE!"

Doesn't matter if we even hear from Ambassadorkael himself that we'll still get Romulan ships. The fact we're not getting one now is apparently proof positive that we're never getting any new Romulan or Jem'Hadar ships ever again and its time to pull out the pitchforks.
Honestly that kind of kneejerk response just makes me facepalm. I'm frankly happy we're getting another canon ship. And yes this ship will have Galaxy style parts to make the New Orleans as she was back in TNG times. We don't have to stick with Andromeda style parts.

What's your deal federation? Quit painting those who appreciate other factions and who desire other faction stuff by your broad brushes. Many of us predicted there would be a drought of Romulan ships for a long time coming. Here is the drought. I'm glad it was cleared up that Romulan ships are not discontinued indefinitely, and that they are sticking to the initial announcements that Rom content will still be made, seeing how it is a legitimate concern.
storywise... the rom repub cant really compete with kdf or fed for resources to field new ships. they are still rebuilding, they arent anywhere near how powerful the rom star empire was.
This just in ... the Romulan version for the Recon Destroyer was going to make it into the bundle but got denied because of tariffs.
A: I never complained about any kind of "drought" or anything of the sort. I'm just tired of the kneejerk reactions and jumping to Worst Case Scenario rants and doomsaying.
B: Cryptic never said anything about slowing down work on Romulan ships, so where this idea of a "drought" is coming from, I don't know.
So honestly... my "deal" is just the same old Forum drama playing out once again. "Cryptic has betrayed us! Cryptic is evil!"

Been around long enough to see this over and over again, and honestly... I'm tired of it. Even when the Devs and CM come out and say "this is not the case", it is ignored in favor of "this is the case".
Is this going to drive me out of the forums? No.
My mindset is "lets wait and get more information" when it comes to these things. This worked out with Ambassadorkael clearing up some things, yet people are content to kneejerk attack even when we get more information that is positive. Any arguments to the contrary are ignored or in the worst cases people who don't agree with the kneejerk attacks are declared "white knights" or even "apologists" and attacked as well.
So yea... this Fed is tired of trying to point things out that are actually positive in favor of lighting the torches.

Giving Romulans and JH access to all of their factions ships was just a excuse to make less to no ships for the fractions.

Not that I'm not surprised the New Orleans is showing up and the raptor looks good but really? NEW ORLEANS?!! Over Nova?! Grrr.

Age of Discovery is based on ST-D, which has to my knowledge so far zero Romulan anything. Anniversary is start of 2019. How long is long for just one ship? How 'bright' is the future knowing they can just sell 2-packs at the same price of 3 packs and have the minority factions play either one or the other? This is reason for concern.
Another goes into what butcher job will go into Romulans should they also receive the Klingon treatment, and what unusual ships may come that further distances Romulans from dare I say Star Trek as we knew it.
Where is the warbird destroyer with an experimental weapons slot and a "science flair"? It's not happening. Where's the Scryer equivalent for Romulans, or KDF? T'Laru's a carrier (where's subsystem targeting that's default to sci-carriers?), and not in the C-store. Where's the specialist temporal warbird? Also not here, except in the form of a federation-shaped Eternal (Wells spin-off), or a promo Valkis that's not a science ship. When federation starship traits became a giveaway to the other factions, and vice versa, it's another sign there won't be an equivalent ever made of those ships. Romulans, and KDF have special ships for the very reason that those who play other factions pay/play double or triple to have the extra perks outside of cosmetics.
Why? Who knows.. but it's clear that neither one will ever happen.
