That is odd. I think in PvE server, names only go white when you are on PK status, so the character may well have been a higher level but with a blue name anyway. Still, I find it hard to believe someone got to level 60 so quick!

Yes you can, but you don't need to go to the high hill behind the elder. The chest is in Lost City, north towards the area where you spawned first; the chest is on that bridge.

It happened to me before that I accidentally took the DQ twice from the NPC - have a look through your quest log and see if there is a duplicate.

Keep going through the cave and fighting the monsters. If you keep left, you will get to the boss. I can't offer any help at the moment but I wish you luck. Try to advertise for help either near the cave or in the towns closeby. I don't recommend trying to do this alone.

Disguise Skin is dropped from anything that is humanoid looking (i.e. skeletons, ghouls, etc). I know the ghouls outside the west gate of ADC drop them quite a bit but at level 22 might be a bit of a workout for you.

At level 40 you are able to buy one from the cash shop, or you can buy one with (last time I checked) 2.5million in game money from an NPC in ADC (Archosaur), or you can collect 50 bronze and 50 silver Dragon Quest Tablets. Hope this helps.

If you know how to use your Coordinate Assistant, go into either your town of origin (Etherblade for you) and look in the list of names you get in the Coordinates Assistant. To recharge accelerationbar when flying you have to use Yiyuan stones (just drag and drop on the wings in your inventory). You get these by disasembling equipment.

You have potions you can manufacture at every new level of apothecary too, you just have to change the tabs at the top (the same way you change tabs to buy the Pickaxe from the Merchant). Hope this helps!

I experienced no problems fighting near Archosaur and the Mines but as soon as I arrived outside Tradewind I got stuck on the bridge near the huge boss mob. I keep getting crashed out of the server so I will try a few more times to see what happens.
