Free Zen during Closed Beta period!

Good news for ALL Closed Beta testers!

All Closed Beta accounts have been given 5000 Zen (Cash Shop Currency). This currency can be used in-game to purchase items from our Cash Shop, however it will be wiped at the end of closed beta on September 2nd.

That's right, you heard me, free moolah! Don't be shy. Get crazy and go nuts and buy yourself some shiny loot that you've been drooling over this past week!

Keep in mind that this free Zen will be wiped (along with your characters) at the end of our Closed Beta so get busy and start spending ASAP!

In order to activate and redeem your free Zen please follow these steps:

1. Visit the following link: https://billing.perfectworld.com/

2. Log in using your username and password.

3. Select the server that you would like to deposit your ZEN to.

4. Select the amount of ZEN that you would like to deposit. (Note: The conversion rate is 100 ZEN to 1 Gold.)

5. Click on the deposit button and you're done!

6. Be sure to log back into the game and take a look at the Perfect World Boutique (Alt+O) to make sure the currency has been deposited into your account properly.

7. Profit!

    If you want to test out the cash shop, why dont you just say so instead of baiting people in with "FREE MONEY" topics.

    The Cash Shop is a bit bugged...
    The Camo cloths shows no requirement, when it is really Lv30...
    And some other things misinform...
    I spent about 31 gold until I notice it...
    When it say 5000 gold, it's only 50 gold.
    Plus, the materials are too costly/cheap.

    Oh come on, it says in the subject "during closed beta period". You all can read right? And I don't know what it is if not free, when you're not paying for it :P. I just wish they would get it over with quicker and start the OB.

    I have the feeling buying ZEN will be much less of a hassle than it was with Cubinet. On MY-EN it almost required a university diplomae to find out how to buy and put cubi into your account...

    Giveaway Zen has many benefits, it is a great decision. GMs can test the shops, see what Item need more drescription or mistranslated. They also introduce the "benefits" of the cash shop *cough cough* to hook us to it ^^. Don't worry, if I play a game, I want to have fun with it, and spending money and fun are closed friend ^^.
    Gamers, please suggest any necessary changes for the cash shop ^^. Here is mine:

    Please change the price for Arcane book for pet to 3 gold instead of 5 (other versions has it for 1 gold, aren't they?) I know you guys increase it to reduce botters, make Venomancers'cost to play equal other classes. But please remember, it cost nealy 2Mil or more to max one pet's skills. Hope you guys reconsider this ^^.

    ........They could better give us that 5k zen when the OB starts as thanks for our testing. My highest lvl char is lvl 15 current so i can't do much with it now (only buy some fireworks but after 20 launches its getting boring). What you also could do is to turn off all lvl requirements for the cash shop so that also low lvl chars could use the mounts...And what would be more cool is if you could give us in those last days all skills and spells on max rank that the classes could unlock till lvl 100. Then we could try all skills/spells on full strength and could check if there aren't any bugs there and see so me more about the game (for free ofc that we don't need 2 mill sp and gold for the highest skills cause noone has that. :P BTW WHAT WOULD BE THE PRICE OF 5000 ZEN (50gold) when the official game releases? I hope not more then 10 euro cause otherwise someone that buys a few things in cash shop a month better buy a mmo with a monthly fee, better graphics etc....

    Well I played with the 5k and I know somethings I want to buy, and others I don't.

    On PW-MY it was 1 cubigold = $0.33. I never bothered buying them cause its easy and doesnt slow you down to hit the food key every so often, and Im a fairly free spender on cash shops.
    If Im not buying them at $0.33 Im certainly not going to be buying them at $5.00, so good luck trying to get anyone to buy them at that price.

    Also Inventory extension stones at $6.00 each are kinda expensive. I would probably still max out my inventory on my main character, but I wonder how many are. They were $1.66 on PW-MY and most people didnt bother maxing their inventory. Like I said, Im a fairly free spender, but $48.00 would be the limit of what I wanted to pay to max out a char.

    I didnt notice any other prices that were off, except perhaps as other have mentioned, thei heiros, tho being a venomancer I have no particular need of these so I cant comment.

    Those skills have been tested ad nauseum already by thousands of hundred of players already.

    The closed beta phase was mostly to do a stress test on the servers and check for any translation bugs (some have been found, like two different items with the same name)

    I dont know where you all people compaining about.. I mean everyone says give us zen for trying out and they give us zen for trying it out. And still people complains about the fact the chars and the ZEn wil be wiped after the closed beta. I think no one is realising the GM and game developers have to eat to and maby have a famaly to care of. And for the information... I heard to develope the game there was 4 mil$ before they finally get it in the air. Its one of the most expencive games and still they make it with no monthly fee. So dont complain about things about the game cauze u get an unique chance here. And if u listen to the things everybody has written before u see this is the only game where the leaders and masters of the game also really listen to what people say. I just dont know where some people complaining about, for me.. I'm happy with the opuntunity(srry if I spelled this wrong) to test such a great game.
