equipment requirement

I see requirements for equipment saying "requirement -10%" . Anyone knows what that means?

    It means that one or more of the attribute requirements (Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence) are less than the standard amount by X%.

    Equipment with req 10 Strength and -10% Requirement means you can equip it with 9 Strength assigned to your char.
