"How To?" Charms

Was wondering what Apotho lvl I need to be (currently lvl 3) to make charms and who do i talk to?

To clarify, HP Charms and MP Charms. And if you could let me know what MATs too that would be awesome! TY :D

    Hp and Mp charms can't be made.

    ...but you can make extra dmg charms which you slot in next to your weapon. Speak to Apothecary, they can be made at Level 1 and can be useful :D.

    Yea, i know that I can make Attk Charms but why then are there like 10 stones past what you need to make the best Attk Charm (stones meaning Yiy., Lia, etc..)? What are those used for?
