Call to Duty quest

How do I do the Call to Duty quest? I recently got the call to duty xenothingy and I went inside the den of rabid wolves. I also talked to the gravestone and It told me that I had 10 hrs to beat this monster. How do I find the monster, and can someone be in my squad to help me?

    Keep going through the cave and fighting the monsters. If you keep left, you will get to the boss. I can't offer any help at the moment but I wish you luck. Try to advertise for help either near the cave or in the towns closeby. I don't recommend trying to do this alone.
