Dragon Quest Issue

Dragon Quest NPC let me keep doing the quest until after one of them I ended with that message : Mission already taken at the end of it. Is it a glitch or something else I should know about DQ ?

    It happened to me before that I accidentally took the DQ twice from the NPC - have a look through your quest log and see if there is a duplicate.

    Have exactly the same problem with the identical quest

    Exactly same problem with same quest me too

    Edit: Fixed...

    I had some quest in log that had only a Dot nothing in description and no name. I Erased them. That fix my problem.

    How do you erase it? I can't hilight it or click on it.
