As said Vidalaire the grade of stones is shift.. after shabby goes rough then blemished and just then common.

If u are not too high lvl i recommend to restart the game. The reward u get from box are maybe worth in total about 3mil So if u are under lvl20 u can get this level easy but if u will not restart u will miss the items box gives b:sad Dont sell it second time b:surrender
