Frost Lord Holan

At lvl 75 I got this quest that needs me to talk to Frost Lord Holan, which is in Frostlands and unreachable for me solo. Will this quest disappear if I level up too high?

  never got the quest done, disappeared from my Search Quest section when I dinged 83

  Anyone knows whats the quest reward for this chain? pwdatabase doesn't have the reward info.
