i voted for tactics. simply tired of zerging which most of us see as the alphz and omega solution to every dim of the content. when you bring your head down with 5 ppl you feel a bit more satisfied. just an opinion of one who doesn't like pamplon running.
well, i picked Storm Spell just because it's always on my bar and other additional features are just meh.. more crit severity? are you kidding me?! soon we'll break 200% with such directions.. chilling presence is slotted for some boss fights only.. so the best way is to switch to MoF and get some more crit chance lol
as i was told in legit channel, reinforcement kits from jewelcrafting doesn't apply to your stat list if used on augment (tho i'd rather check with +50 regen kits). as for double-slotted rings - they wok just fine for me. ye, moar powa/hp/def - whatever you don't need anyway =)

after double refinement weekend i got my orange BI cloak and since then i throw OF's and ice knives as mad. so far it's the best boost to my dmg/control and as the result to survivability as well.
hm..interesting idea. from the point of view of single dps, i prefer icy rays that can crit up to 150k on dragons in WoD. maybe slotting chilling presence with icy terrain on mastery worth testing however the only situation i used IT on mastery was foundry farming =)
i will repeat after myself. sometimes you're getting a bit tired of 20+ runs to SP/ToS..rng is such rng. so in case of gearing up only guild runs is the way to go in my opinion. when ppl that can solo t2 help you out to fight against rng and not even mobs.

why don't you bring a dc then? in case i replace my cw with a dc that is about 4k lighter - my group will fly thru any dung. heavy nuker - ss cw, party buff - dc, cause clerics are the best in it.
