The wait is 7 days on the current backlog and it is decreasing slowly but surely ... Once the backlog is gone, exchanging will be instantaneous again, like it was for the first year of the game.

This was implemented a LONG time ago; just leave the messages alone and they will automatically delete after a while (can't remember exactly how many days, maybe 21 or 30?)

It isn't? Why not? You get like 4x the RP that is currently in it when you use them in similarly typed artifacts (not to mention you got RP multipliers when you added to the 1st artifact too, right?). Edit: 5x bonus? even better!

The other bonus it provides (at 30 iirc) is supposed to be a 5% total damage reduction; it only provides 3% though.

Unless, of course, there are only 4 members left in the party. A better model would be: initial voter and the votee do not vote and there must be a majority of the remaining players (also change 'abstain' votes to 'no' votes). Also, remove starting a vote if anyone is in combat mode.

If you wanna test your memory, I recommend MemTest86. Run that for several hours and you'll have an answer. If hardware errors are not the problem, I'd say it's time to scrape the drive clean and throw on a fresh install of Windows.

See? Continually a problem. Also, about once an hour, this whole topic comes up in the zone chat for the Festival. Seems like people will obey the timer that's on their screen rather than actually check the calendar. The timer should be updated to count both events together.

The growth rate seems to have slowed significantly. I'm going to be optimistic and not expect a climb back to 10m. Though it is still the middle of the day, so who knows.

Actually, I believe the console players will have their own servers and will not be merged in with PC players. At least that's what I gathered while talking to Akro at GenCon a couple weeks ago.

I kind of wish there would be a mechanical difference between each of the religions. Maybe 1-2 religion-based quests during leveling, similar to the racial ones. Or ... SOMETHING ... to distinguish between them.

They're part of the animation from the CW's daily power 'Arcane Singularity' (ie: blackhole). It appears that this is a graphical bug as the animations are not supposed to be visible after they're used. (same type of thing happened during the winter event with an HR power)

It works fine, you just don't see it in the rewards list. Check the level-up tasks and if you get it you'll see that the X in "X/Y required" change.

Yes please. Why do we only get to see the gorgeous night time graphics maybe 2-3 times a year? Let us enjoy that material!
