Black Orbs

What are those floating black orbs that litter Icewind Dale? They sort of look like floating black holes. They don't do anything except harmlessly implode when you approach them but I can't seem to figure out what they are.

    They're part of the animation from the CW's daily power 'Arcane Singularity' (ie: blackhole).
    It appears that this is a graphical bug as the animations are not supposed to be visible after they're used.
    (same type of thing happened during the winter event with an HR power)

    They show up regularly after used in the new areas added around the Dragon HE's.

    Hmm...I just thought it was the symbol of the current module, you know: Tyranny of CW's!!!
