Meh, shield should have a cap on AP gain, not a flat 5%. Say: it can hits like before but the AP gained are 5% *5 mobs maximum so 25% max AP gain from shield if you manage to hit 5 targets. Making it a flat 5% is just..dumb.

Upgrade the Drop rates of Tier gear from bosses. End bosses drop mostly trash 99% of the time. Spellplague drops Boots and Insignia of Sovereignity and the same goes for the other endbosses. Unbelievable.

Because if you notice, there is something different from with the description of the item when you link it in chat and when you double click it in your inventory. One of them says that you get "Indomitable Runestone" and the other one "Lesser Indomitable Runestone". Same with Plague fire enchantments.
I'd slot for more hotbars. Only one allowed at time. When you switch hotbars, every encounter goes on a 5s cooldown. So sick and tired to drag every power to my only hotbar at the beginning of every dungeon, every boss, every pull, every event. Booooring.

Ah, this is actually right. Thanks, I've updated my math. We just went from a 60% damage bonus in LA to a 6%, a 37,6% DPS LOSS in LA. Counting that you can't even finish a DF in Stealth, I was right to say that we are looking at an over 50% total DPS of TRs.

DPS = Damage per second, not over time. You are right that this hurts BURST DPS. But Burst DPS IS included in the DPS. Burst dps loss = Damage per second loss. Also, the At-will depleting stealth will result in even more DPS loss.
