Nightmare lockbox opened with a key in the bank

How in the heaven can I open something when the key is in a totally different place?

Anyway, beware anyone else. Don't doubleclick on lockbox if you have a key in the bank, it will open it no matter what.

What a fail from Cryptic

Wouldn't that be a feature? What else are you going to use the key for other than lockboxes?

most of the time in this game, swtor and even Tera or Rift when you double click something it either uses it, equips it or picks it up..double clicks are used to open webpages in browsers sometimes..etc

Its kind of a given a double click is going to do something.

It works with enchants too. I stored a rank 5 enchant in my bank and when I went to enchant my armor it showed up in the list of available enchants and it went through.

Same with dyes and wards , if you have them in the bank then you can use them even if you aren't in protectors enclave.

It's done as a convenience to save bag space. Why were you double clicking on an item in the bag? Curious to see what would happen?

Because if you notice, there is something different from with the description of the item when you link it in chat and when you double click it in your inventory.

One of them says that you get "Indomitable Runestone" and the other one "Lesser Indomitable Runestone". Same with Plague fire enchantments.

Perhaps a confirmation is what the OP would like?

After all we get an excess of confirmation windows where we don't really want them. This might be one area where you want them?

A confirmation box OR just DON'T OPEN THEM if you haven't a key in your inventory. When I did it I was "Wow, this was the most stupid thing I've ever seen in a MMO".
