I would not put lvl6 enchants in the pvp set. You will most likely drop it for a t2 set of your choice. IF you really want to enchant it i would put some lvl 4/5 enchants in it.

Get shirt and pants, the green once for lvl 50 will boost your gearscore quite a bit. Put enchants in your armor. For offensive slots armor pen (dark enchants) are best if you don't want to play pvp, but they are quite expensive. Play PVP to get enough glory to buy the PVP gear. It will boost your gearscore ALOT. You can get a rather cheap weapon on the AH (Burning Shard of elemental fire, i got mine for ~12k ad), but the PVP orb is fine aswell. in my tooltip, ice knife has over 2000 damage more than ice storm (at lvl 60). If you did put a skillpoint in it, it isn't wasted. Almost all wizards use singularity and ice knife at lvl 60.

Ice knife is capable of oneshotting guys in pvp, and deal great amounts of damage in pve. Even without the shadow weaver set the ice knife can crit mobs in pve for up to 20k dmg. If you have the stone, stay with it. The difference between those two is really tiny. The cat gives 225 crit and recovery, BUT the stone has 3 items with offensive slots, which means you can use one more offensive enchantment. Purple Items (which you will use almost exclusively at lvl 60) show their stats when they drop. Which means everyone who rolls need on a shadow weaver armor as roque does 100% know he can't use this item.

The lesser ones are pretty cheap and i don't plan to take them out, but to replace the gear and just vendor the old gear with the lesser enchants. I'm just not sure if the lesser enchants will also be better damagewise than power/crit enchants. (with stats like 3000 power, 1900 crit, 2600 recovery)
