Yeah it's yet another sweeping change with little or no examination of eventual repercussions, just harebrained ideas noone bothers checking if they affect other parts of the game.

It seems to crash as soon as the game tries ti connect to the servers. Knowing cryptic right they probably try to connect to the Xbox server or something.
This is the cryptic way. They ignore, forget or just can't fix reported problems. And you can count on that there are literally millions of other things in this game that doesn't work as advertised. The whole thing is just a crumbling house of cards.

I used to spend money but stopped after mod 16 literally gave me the finger. Since then I haven't spent a dime, and will not until I'm certain they won't screw me again.
If you're referring to the toplist then that locked in when the milestone was completed. It will likely reset when the next milestone starts. You can still earn favor, it just won't show on the server toplist.
Since the change i've gotten 2 epic unbound comps, and a few scrolls and genie's. That is in over a hundred runs, times 5 rerolls. The chances of loot to drop is just abyssmal.
I usually think that if I can't add something useful to a discussion, it's better to stay quiet. But now I gotta say what the actual flying <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>? Are you guys completely incompetent? You don't stealthdisable loot in a game where loot is central to the experience. Bunch of amateurs.
The real issue is that the statsystem introduced with undermountain is poorly thought out and is poorly explained in-game. You have no idea as a player what you should have, and it varies wildly from map to map. Normally in games higher is better, but not necessarily here. And one sub-optimal stat can ruin your character.
Sgt knox hasn't been there for a few mods though, it's the legacyquest chick nowadays. You can also access the rewardsvendor from menu/character/home/claim valuables.
Hindering strike hasn't worked properly since mod16 launched. Sometimes I get critter out of range even though i'm next to it, which also is strange because the skill don't need a target. Add it to the extensive list of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> that doesn't work in this game. God damn i'm tired of this...

Yeah, the crashing is through the roof. But as the new zone is basically a monochrome version of the strongholdmap, which always have been prone to crashing, I'm not surprised.
