It's only for fairness. Either remove all prones from pvp (from encounters) or give every class a prone, simple as that really.

Well you don't have to do all those things, you can just play it slow and enjoy the game for its dailies. There is no hurry There is no rush There is no need to be upset.

Shard is terrible. (Used to be the hardest hitting encounter in the entire game of all classes combined but they literally took a dump on it damage wise). Furious Immolation is terrible unless feated Go with Eye of The Storm as priority. Or... even better. Get a re-spec token and pick a proper paragon (Hint: Spellstorm).

You are a PVE player. Literally whatever you say is irrelevant about PVP. You have no experience there. You know nothing what you're talking about. "page 800 balanced". It isn't balanced anywhere. Proning dailies are fair since they take time to be filled and can only be casted once in a while (I'm aware of DC artifact but still.)
