So seriously, when is this being fixed? I've got dozens of unsold items in my various inboxes all waiting to be claimed and I can't get them out. Not to mention half my fleet bank is empty...

My fleet's been affected. The Doomsday Machines. Whole load of stuff in the fleet bank. Also, I personally can't get items returned from failed exchange sales out of my inbox. They just don't show up, even though "take items" is highlighted.

Why would it be all of a sudden though? My only theory to that is coinciding with the FCC passing net neutrality standards and pissing off all the ISPs by denying them the ability to TRIBBLE us worse than they do... I've got Comcast and haven't had any significant complaints with them for the 10 or so years I've had them…

For me, there is no rhyme or reason for how it displays. On my Romulan, it displays 4 copies of my Klingon Faction exchange BOFF, who happens to be a scantily clad Orion lady, so I don't mind that glitch. :P But it's random otherwise.

It is not a loadout issue. Because I had no loadouts prior to having this. And I have seen other people say they had no loadouts as well.
