Another thing that really needs to be fixed with fighters/frigs is that sometimes they will stop dealing damage, I don't know if the game thinks the player is idle, or what it is, but I've seen it flashing 'critical' and whatnot with no damage listed repeatedly, until I move closer or such.
Oooh, yes. I remember on older versions of spacedock there would be competitions for that where we brought out our caitians and tried to see where all we could jump to that originally were inaccessible but caitians made them accessible ;) hehehe. Think it was done on qo'nos in first city for ferasans as well ;)
I'll agree that TOS caitians would be nice, but for the moment, let's appreciate the work that was done for the caitians. SWTOR has a 'cat' race in the Cathars, all you get for that is a tiger roar as a social. Meanwhile you get pounce for all your caitians/farasans here, and big thank you to all those who were involved…
Correction: I was wrong. after further testing, the support frigates do have the same issue of refusing to return to hangar after being launched and attacking. So that needs to be fixed on all the frigates.
Unless they're willing to do a full remaster, they would probably find it easier to replace the Jupiter DN in the Jenolan Sphere with something that has up to date graphics. Like maybe the newly remastered Jupiter carrier?
It sounded less like this, and more like "wah, none of the TFOs in the event are ones I can solo in 3 minutes with a million DPS ship" to me, quite honestly. They basically don't want to play the event, they want a solo instance of it where they can finish it like that and not have to deal with "multiplayer" TRIBBLE and…
My main complaint isn't about things changing. Those H shaped ships are Assimmilators from Armada, they were added because it was never really right for Cubes to be scoffed at and soloed, it made the Borg look like laughingstocks. The main issue to me is that the only main point to GETTING those armors was the integral…
First Contact Day is tomorrow. Are we not having the ship launching event or something for it, this year? I thought that was the original point of the model ship building queue, literally labeled "First Contact Day Event" in the TFOs? No time to think up a prize or something? Just give an epic phoenix token or two if not.…
Interesting discussion, I know I have 2 omnis of whatever energy type I'm using, and one Kinetic Cutting Beam from the borg set, since that's considered separate, generally.
Yes, let's re-enable player kicking. Go right back to "You have x, y, or z ship, get out!" or "you don't have x, y, or z build", or "you don't do 2 million DPS or more" and have people blocked from content essentially because a certain class of people doesn't want those who aren't willing to break the bank on superbuilds,…
This. They REALLY need to look at the R&D mats awarded in TFOs. Unless you're really saying "f*** you, pet users" again by only having two little played ones for the hangar consoles.
So sorry if people don't like the particular potential bug I'm highlighting. Trouble is, what else does it affect, that you require for your builds? Hope it's an important one and the TFO negates all its effects if so.
Thank you for going out to twitter and finding that, since the level of trolls on the forum is such that they don't bother posting such things to it anymore.
The funny thing about Colonial Marines is that if you search online, there's like one thing in one file you can change and it runs fine :p A lot of the original mess was one mistake in one file. Too bad it took someone online to figure that out :p…
They certainly can afford him enough to do a lot more lines in the current story arc, can't see a few mission giving/cutscene lines being more expensive than that.
rattler2 gets it perfectly right. Furthermore, I'm quite certain that was the whole intent of the arc from the start of it. It all relates back to the deal with the SAG to get cast members to do voiceovers. They can do it now, and figure it draws players. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Martok being the one leading the…
https://www.syfy.com/syfywire/herb-solow-star-trek-captains-log-obituary This as well. One of the huge things throughout Trek history right there. And yes, he lived a long life, I'm glad he did. I shudder to think how the memorial is going to start growing in coming years. TNG is over 30 years old now, its almost shocking…
