I have to second what tpalelena says. I did some combat log analysis on my [CrtD]x2 [Dmg] Mk XI DHC and found I missed about 2 shots per STF (yawn). Two [Acc] modifiers is overkill for PvE.

You've got this backwards. With more players competing for Zen on the exchange, the higher the dilithium per zen cost.
