I love the vo'quv and your welcome to join the channel for Voquv users i started am upto 100+ subscribers. the channel is called Voquvs United. if you would like to see our handywork I invite you to watch these youtube videos : ISE with 5 Voquvs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykAPQp5NADI CCE with 10 voquvs…
ill have to keep that in mind out of curosity what was your time to complete ISE? my recluse is on an engineer toon and it set up as a total crowd control boat it does manage about 7.5k DPS but cant get much higher than that.
feel free to join us on the Voquv Chat channel Called Voquvs United. Im open to doing other theme runs as well, I think I tried an all bortasqu run once but that was before I had the recording software.
pretty sure all Voquvs Carry GW3 as standard equipment even the Mirror voquvs and atleast half of us had mirror voquvs. BOP hangers arent really very effective in Kerrat since generally feds try and do Hit and run raids on us. Need Orion Interceptors for their Tractor beams.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfONrAsA_H8&feature=youtu.be we didnt manage to get the uniformity of earlier videos but we have 5 carriers each using fighter hangers. 1 JHDC 1 Karfi 1 Obelisk 1 Atrox 1 Voquv
5 Carriers with all fighter hangers would equal 60 fighters 5 carriers with all runabout hangers would equal 40 runabouts (fed only i think) 5 Carriers with all frigate hangers would equal 20 frigates. (mostly KDF :P ) I dont have romulan rep on my Mini-Trex toon so i wouldnt be able to bring my voquv to a scorpion fight…
everytime I run CSE with a PublicEliteSTF team we always do a 4-1. the one guards the left and middle cubes and the other 4 go RML. after the right cube blows the kang guard can move to the left cube and stay there well the other 4 clean up the raptors from the middle cube. after they blow up the middle cube everyone piles…
we have talked about it some and i believe elite scorpions would be our choice of fighters but one of the reasons i liked the BOP hanger pets is that they are large enough on their own to be visible fighters generally are not big enough.
I created a public channel called Voquvs United to assist me in the formation of these matches. CSE can be a bit more difficult than with a standard premade team as the voquv is a bit slow to be a proper Kang guard. so we usually go with a 3-1-1 Formation and then laugh at the assimilated voquv at the end.
http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Starfleet_General_Orders_and_Regulations General Order 15: No flag officer shall beam into a hazardous area without armed escort. (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan) Cryptic stop violating Starfleet regulations...KDFs and Roms can do whatever they hell they want
As a carrier specialst i would recommend a seperate class for carrier builds and i would be willing to help out with this as i rather enjoy helping others learn their way around the game and the benefits of using a carrier. @spectre211286 if you would like to contact me ingame
Hey Tenkari and any others that use the voquv/and variants I have a channel for voquv users Called Voquvs United and would gladly talk to any of you about builds for the ship. feel free to message me ingame @spectre211286
i have a toon that switches between a Recluse and a chel gret and i have found a way that thus far has never messed up my skill tray. Each ship has a completely separate bridge crew. i have 5 boffs on my recluse and 5 different boffs on my chel gret. this does require you to have more than the normal amount of boff slots…
i like to use many Big ships one of my KDFs uses the Bortasqu and i enjoy that ship alot but i will always love the Voquv since it was my first carrier and its one of the few free ships that hasnt been invalidated by power creep.
having Bops isnt mandatory i prefer them for myself but thats because my voquv captain is a tac toon and im tryin to get more DPS out of him and the BOPs provide the most damage. having a voquv isnt even mandatory although it is preferred since that is what the channel was meant to do however it is turning into a great way…
