Hailing all Vo'quv Captains

My main Klingon toon runs a Vo'Quv with B'rotlh pets and for a long time I said I wanted to get a team of 5 Vo'Quvs with all BOP pets to do STFs.

A few weeks ago I managed to do this for the first time and had so much fun that I wanted to do it again and again.

trying to get all Vo'quv teams on PESTF or the other elite channels took too long so I have created my own Channel Called VoQuvs United. The channel is public and anyone flying a Vo'Quv is welcome to join

an Armada of 5 Vo'Quvs with 20 birds of prey escorting them just looks impressive and makes me feel like a real kllingon battle formation.

    OMG! I was able to pull that off a couple of times and it was fantastic!

    5 Mirror Vo'Quvs
    20 Advanced BoPs screaming around like angry hornets (WISH I had Elites and am working on it)
    Best No Win Scenario I've ever played!

    Interesting thought... I might look this channel up. I have a KDF sci that's currently running a mirror vo'quv (I assume that qualifies in this case?) that's running blue BoPs from the dil store.

    Yes Mirror vo'quv qualifies i fly one myself

    Hmmm, might have to pop in to this myself, sometime in the next week or so, as long as using the BoP's isn't mandatory. (I have them, but usually stick to the slavers)

    Might have to look this up. Voquv is awesome fun. I am still shocked KDF got this awesome ship given Cryptic's neglect.

    having Bops isnt mandatory i prefer them for myself but thats because my voquv captain is a tac toon and im tryin to get more DPS out of him and the BOPs provide the most damage.

    having a voquv isnt even mandatory although it is preferred since that is what the channel was meant to do however it is turning into a great way to form KDF toons for all sorts of PVE events.

    as of tonight when i logged off we had 27 subscribers not bad for a channel that has existed for only a week.

    Will add channel. I have scorps for dps and BOPs to look right.

    Just did an ISE run and this person was flying their VQ without using pets or science abilities just flying about like a power-sliding cruiser with dual canon up front; to compensate the other 3 pugs ignored the transformers and had private battles with spheres.

    well one of the goals of the channel is to assist voquv drivers with their builds.

    I'll join. I'm a bit bored with battlecruisers at the moment so I bought a Mirror Vo'quv off the exchange a few weeks ago to play with. Installed some shiny new Qaw'Duns into it last night and took them out for a spin in CEE and ISE. Lots of fun watching your BoPs doing their strafing runs.

    EDIT: Also....does anyone know whether hanger BoPs are going to be getting the raider flanking bonus?

    i like to use many Big ships one of my KDFs uses the Bortasqu and i enjoy that ship alot but i will always love the Voquv since it was my first carrier and its one of the few free ships that hasnt been invalidated by power creep.
