I did not receive the upgrade after completing the event. My sister completed the event and got the ship upgrade. Being told that they may or may not reward the prize for the event is TRIBBLE poor customer service .... also complete BS.....

Rattler, They aren't there. The Wasteland, 2800 and Spectres are there but not the Breen. I'm level 65 and I'm not sure why that's missing. I checked the STO wiki and they said you get it from Ambassador Surah but he doesn't have it. Got any other ideas? Thanks!

I would like to have the option to beam from Sector Space to the Planet or Starbase, no in between step. If you can beam into Earth Space-dock from anywhere you should be able to beam from Sector Space to the Planet or From the Planet to Sector Space...

The workaround is what you did, using the mouse and moving it. I know that this has been happening for a long time so not sure if they are ever going to resolve this bug because it doesn't happen all the time.

Either that or move her to the Promotions tab since this was a giveaway, like the Black Alert tribble that you got a code for if you bought a Tribble from Tribble Toys. It seems that most of these giveaways (Not all) are located there. But that would be too easy ... lol :smiley:

They have a "Action Figures" bank/list in Champions. They should see if they can use the same code with a few updates and see if they can get it to work in STO.
