Not only that but why in the world is the Star Trek Online launcher physically tied into Arc? I've noticed that if Arc crashes, the Star Trek Online launcher is also taken down with it. I'm about to go back to using the stand-alone Star Trek Online Launcher.

I have to agree that this would never fly. This just sounds like a bad idea. The only way I could see of something like this happening is if the Zen cost were small, like no more than 5 Zen and if there were legitimate rewards, like those offered during the episode missions. I can confirm that I'm also getting the same error. My roster was full so the officer was dumped into my overflow bag. This happened after I opened the pack. I was having some problems with the launcher so I rebooted the launcher, when I logged in, the overflow was gone and the officer doesn't appear anywhere in my roster…

The launcher was working fine this morning and then my launcher crashed and now it's stuck on 'Patching". It's on Cryptic's end.

There's no issue. Cryptic fixed the AFK leechers awhile back. That remove the rewards for AFKers. However, there's nothing you can do about stopping someone from entering a q and not participating.

Cryptic really sucks. They're too busy throwing celebration parties, taking weekend vacations and leaving the rest of us screwed in the process. Thanks for TRIBBLE the game up, Crypturd. The Cryptic devs are simply incompetent. They randomly create code that makes no sense and wonder why everyone in here is blasting them for not fixing this TRIBBLE. This is BS. It's worse for me because I have 300 Master Keys sitting in my inventory that I can't use at the moment.
