I opened the box when my doff roster is full so I couldnt receive the doff, but when I clear some space in the roster, the games says hat I already got the doff so I can't open the box... Anyone have a solution.
I checked the overflow bag too, there isn't any doff.
Same for me on one of my Delta Recruit alts. Checked for the overflow bag and there is no button for the overflow bag. Seems the DOff simply vanished.
Unfortunately the game thinks I still have the DOff and while I can get another box with the DOff inside, it won't let me open and reclaim it.
Checked the roster and he's not there either so, no new DOff on this one alt. I made sure to check my roster before opening the box on any others so it doesn't happen again.

Logged in and out several times, zoned, waited a day and still no Overflow Bag button. I even went so far as to purposefully fill my inventory and then ran the Academy lore daily for the chip so that it would spawn the Overflow Bag. It actually didn't, so now the DOff and the lore chip are in the digital ether awaiting the Code G0dz to release them from their binary purgatory.
I can still claim more boxes though. *shrug*
Eh, it'll get fixed or this one alt doesn't get the DOff. While I will point out the bug, I'm not going to worry about it.

No, there will not. My younger brother got an accidental leak when the C-Store offered him the Assimilated Assault Cruiser instead of the Phoenix. (He couldn't claim it, though.)

Well, I like the theme we're getting - Assimilated DOff in 'First Contact'/film uniform, Phoenix AdSys card, Assimilated Assault Cruiser (Read; Enterprise-E in the movie) card... I'm not sure if it's better or worse than the usual 'random array of C-Store items' normally found in giveaways, but I like the idea, definitely.
My problem is that, for some reason, the Phoenix card doesn't appear when I go to the C-Store Promotions tab, so I can't seem to claim it at the moment...

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
Mark my words, one of these days an event and/or a giveaway will go off perfectly without a hitch and - on that day, people - not a single one of us is going to know what to do because we'll all be so used to something going wrong that we'll spend the next week afterwards waiting for the remaining footwear to plummet...

Assimilated Cruiser IS confirmed by me. i saw it in the Promo tab, and the picture seems to have some work on it. so it is going to be given away.. you can be sure of that. and it is an AS Card.
And also.. there obviously is someone to fix it.. they DID take the Phoenix off when it started leaking the assimilated card.

no. Craptic managed to give some of us the assimilated enterprise E instead of the phoenix and now they removed the giveaway for all. for a short period of time i hope.

There is a glitch with the promotional duty officer, Borg Specialist offer. If your Duty Officer roster is full, you claim the officer and then you open the pack, you're screwed. Not only can't you open another pack to get the officer but the glitch also will not place the first Borg Officer promo you opened into your roster. Cryptic needs to take a close look at this glitch. But, I can confirm that it does exist, after claiming an officer on one of my other characters.

My guess is that you can only first-claim it while the promo is running.
After claiming it with one toon, you get a reclaim entry in c-store >> promotions for any future characters, but each character can claim it only once.
You know, since we can't dismiss ships from our admiralty roster ^^

Spellcheck no longer resembled the current standard of quality for STO and was removed to make the game better.
But yeah, free admirality cards are nice. I guess.
