Nevermind, I figured out that you can only earn 1 progress per day. I thought the quests and the daily were separate, I wasn't keeping track. Well, I wasted some time there. okay.
I find that most of the governments of the world go after gambling because of puritanical reasons or tax reasons, or both (see the US). In theory if PWE or whatever gave a portion of the proceeds to the government in question in the form of taxes, that legislation would disappear unless it is nanny based or puritanical…
The median measure I have seen from various governments is that STO or whoever would have to disclose before the purchase of a loot box the exact odds of getting every prize the loot box offers. That wouldn't dissuade gamblers but it would dissuade me. Already I cannot see the value. The keys sell for 4+ million and you…
I scrimped and saved and got a Jem Hadar Attack ship from the last Phoenix box, which allowed me to buy the T6 Carrier and get the pets from my Fleet, so now I have 4 Jem Hadar Attack ships ripping everything apart whilst I tank and shoot off my beams, I don't use quite all the boosting pet damage stuff, but I do use a few…
I have bought ships for the console or the trait before, not always, but a few times. Mostly I buy ships because...ummm... one day I may figure that out.
This is the most alt friendly game I play. They literally make it impossible not to. You get so much out of having an Agent of Yesterday, and better yet, you make sponsorship tokens for your alts and boom, there they are in some great gear being able to use the tokens. I do this, Red Alerts Borg and Tholian and then story…
If you look up Timber Wolf on youtube he and Darkblade have reviewed every mission reward Space Set at this point and will hopefully soon head into Rep sets. These are 20+ minute videos that tell you how to get the set, what to use with the set and of course review the set and mention whether it's worth using or not.
Oh, I didn't know they had those Dave, thanks, I may wait, some of the ships I see are pretty impressive. Thank you Altran I will browse through the things to see how they are. Some of my weapons have accuracy and I don't seem to have problems hitting but I don't tend to elite space because I am intimidated by the epeen…
I ran into this last night doing a mission from the wrong chain, it's okay I got a piece of gear I didn't have but I had to more closely look at what it was asking for than my initial skim suggested.
Also they make a difference for the engineering/research types that you use to build and upgrade gear getting a higher crit chance based on their tier.
I don't do the race, I've "finished" first before but had trouble hitting the button for the flag, don't know why you can just click on the flag, but I guess with latency you don't know where you are clicking. In any case, I came 4th in that race, I've never really cared again since then.
Female 90% of the time, not even necessarily sexy female, just I prefer looking at them for hours and hours and hours than men. I don't pretend to be one or roleplay, it's just eye candy for the world.
For easier use on the exchange finding the right boff http://sto.gamepedia.com/Bridge_officer_and_kit_abilities I don't know how up to date it is, but that should help you find the abilities you want. I am presuming you can create manuals off of BOFF on the xbox, but I don't know.
Cannons will work on any Escort class ship, I've flown a few of those I liked, but to be honest I prefer tanky and only needing to face them for the torpedoes I used on my beam ships. Right now I am just cycling through ships for those traits, I don't know where I will end up but likely one of these Temporal carriers.
New character in Swotor? That is not true, my first character is the character I still use, and I was in the very first wave of people pre release, I must have been 6th to 50 on my server, still playing all the content. This is the game where I am more reluctant, because I am not an altaholic.
Oh, I am not in a fleet. I have never stayed in the game long enough, and not sure I will this time either, just became intrigued by the TOS trailer to load the game back up, but I will play through this weekend and try to do more stfs or red alerts and whatever else to earn more dil (I hate the mining mission). Thanks for…
I agree with you. I am a casual player, I have a lifetime subscription, but my Fed Captain just hit 58 last night. I mean, I have a level 6 or whatever Romulan, but it's not lack of ships, I just grew up thinking of them and Klingons as villains or something. I even really like the looks of the Romulan ships, but when it…
I am not sure if it is possible to strafe around targets in this game, so I mostly use single beams instead of dual beams for two slots on the front and any on the back, just for targets like this so I can fly in circles around them until they are dead, occasionally showing them my rear for a bucket of torpedoes. Still, I…
That phasor array I am speaking about does get the infinity symbol on it though, instead of a rank. I have now obtained it twice. The damage modifier when I look at it (when I get it, I don't know if it's on my ship now or not), says 3.2 dps, while the ones from Enterprise say 2.9. I honestly cant recall if they keep…
Oh, thanks, I think of that ship as the TOS Enterprise, which is what it is in the store. Ya, I have that, okay cool. An early mission gives you a slightly better self leveling version of the same weapon so that's pretty great.
Heh, well, if I had any idea what you meant there I would consider an alternative lol At least the level 30 science ship is not as hideous as the level 20 one.
Suggested Fed level 30 ship? I' just hit level 30 as a Tacitical, I had the level 20 Escort, and it's pretty decent but feels slightly wimpy in missions where enemies just port on top of you. Does the situation improve at 30? I don't have super awesome gear or anything and I only have 26 thousand EC left.
