Boff training question

So I'm trying to find a Science Team III manual. The Boff trainer doesn't have it at Sol space dock. When I try finding info online I keep being lead to info on crafting. But ther is no crafting on Xbox yet. Is there a vendor on some station I havn't found yet? I tried turning a Boff into a training manual but they never have it as an option.

    I don't think I've seen it on a boff either. There is no vendor for it.

    That said, I'd probably never use it over gravity well, tyken's rift, scramble sensors, etc. though I could see wanting to put hazard emitters, polarize hull and science time on a single boff.

    Most ( if not all) tier III skills are crated. So, in order to get one, you will need to either craft one, buy one off of the exchange, or have a friendly Sci Captain whip one up for you.

    With no creation of manuals on consoles yet, they are seemingly stuck with a random purple boff getting one as its special t3 skill.

    Yup...that's how I used to do it before the crafting revamp...check the blue boffs for some of those other Lvl Ill abilites

    I don't know how up to date it is, but that should help you find the abilities you want. I am presuming you can create manuals off of BOFF on the xbox, but I don't know.

    Its up to date...I mean its even got Temporal abilities on it :P
