Just bought this weapon. It's called the Phaser Sniper Rifle Special Issue. The primary fire (Bolt Setting) is missing its bolt effects. When it hits a wall it'll add spark effects but the bolt itself has no visuals.

Somewhere along the way, some of your characters have aim set to press and hold instead of toggle. To fix, go to: Options -> Controls -> Aim mode as toggle and set it to On.

Looks like the patch didn't fix it. Anyways, for a temporary fix, you need to:* Turn off Screen Space Ambient Occlusion. * Turn off Cinematic Focus. * Set Lighting Quality to Low. I do hope this is just a temporary fix though. A lot of people still use DirectX9.
