Lower Decks Sniper Rifle bolt graphics missing

The Special Issue Sniper Rifle (I think that's what it's called? The one from Lower Decks) is missing the bolt fx for primary fire. Secondary fire is fine.

    Just bought this weapon. It's called the Phaser Sniper Rifle Special Issue. The primary fire (Bolt Setting) is missing its bolt effects. When it hits a wall it'll add spark effects but the bolt itself has no visuals.
