  The pic from @tunebreaker is right.
  
  I've found that the hover-over description is a copy pasta of Hakeev's info but if you right-click on Mariah's box for more info, the stats there are correct.

  Yes I purchased her for my one SCI officer and can confirm those are the same stat's I got. She sadly is listed as Hakeev the assimilated romulan & show's his stats in the phoenix prize pack but give's the correct stat's identified above.
