Discovery captains with stuck communicators

A weird visual bug that seems to affect Discovery captains: if you're on a ground map and you transport to another ground location, the communicator that appears for the beam out animation stays stuck in the character's hand. This goes away if you beam out into a space ma and back to a ground map, of if you log out and back in, this only appears if the beam animation plays and you're still on a ground map like on Risa.

It is any faction with handheld communicators, namely DSC and TOS.

I've noticed TOS characters don't have this issue. They raise their communicator, communicate with it telepathically (their mouth animation doesn't play), lower their hands and the communicator disappears.

For DSC characters, they raise their communicator, speak with mouth animation, then glue the communicator onto their hand until next map/zone change.

    ----
Edit: The main difference being when the characters lower their hand, TOS characters remove the communicator prop while DSC characters keep it indefinitely.

TOS characters don't have that stuck communicator problem all the time, but they do have it. I mainly used TOS characters during the summer event this year to kill two birds with one stone, and whenever I beamed across the island to do the dance thing my characters often had the communicator in their hands during the entire dance and only got rid of it when the Horga'hn Hunt rolled around, where the floater control pieces took the place of the comm. It seems like the same bug, just not quite as often as the DSC characters apparently (though I have not noticed any difference between my DSC and TOS characters in that respect).
