What i do is basically only a max of 2 grenades on per kit, One Photon and one plasma, the Cryo falls under plasma category soo that is why the Romulan, reg Plasma and cyro cant be together.

For My Avenger Phaser fun build, I use in Front is Adv. Fleet DBB, Quad Cannons, 2*DHC, and CComand Torp, and in aft i have Turrets*2 (one is the CComand Heavy Turret) and KCB, with 3 purple Tech doff with a2b, and if in a pinch, use weapon battery to top up, since have a nice stock pile of them.
