The Avenger/Mogh, as Battle Cruisers have access to three of the four Cruiser Commands.
Command - Attract Fire (+12.5 Damage Resistance Rating, +7.5 Damage Resistance Rating per ally in range (up to 5x), +100% Threat Generation for yourself - -50% Threat Generation for those in range)
Command - Shield Frequency Modulation (+10% Shield Damage Reduction, +10% Shield Regeneration - for yourself and those in range)
Command - Strategic Maneuvering (+10% Flight Speed, +3 Turn - for yourself and those in range)
Command - Weapon System Efficiency (-25% Weapon Power Cost - for yourself and those in range)
yep thx found it, in fact i use it but i didn't know the complete name of this tool lol
i think that i'm going to use DCs, they seem to need less power (read it somewhere). btw i wanted to know if i put 9 points for the skill "starship weapon performance", this will help significantly the need of power

No points in SWP will not effect WP drain, however it will increase space weapon damage.
To help better with power problems, best to have sufficient points to divert to WP, preferably at 125 or higher WP.
The 2pc borg console/weapon set can help mitigate WP drain, as does the doff marion when used with DEM, as does your cruiser weapons command.
IMO you would be better off with the DHC's, as 2 extra points of WP drain difference between them, and the DC's isn't going to kill you any.
If there were more per pulse items, whether straight up per pulse or even proc per pulse, then more folks might use DCs instead of DHCs or at least consider DCs. With most procs being per cycle instead, they tend to favor the DHCs over the DCs. Same would probably happen with Single Cannons and Turrets vs. Arrays...

this is boring, I just want something different; i used DHCs (4), DBB (4), but after a moment, i'm just tired to play with the same build.

btw marion doff is too expensive, the price is insane

My classic build layout usually consists of 2DHC's, 1DBB, and a torp up front.
While using 2 turrets, and either a BA/KCB/Torp rear for good measure.
This will give you a good solid all around build, and won't leave you completely drained of WP.
For My Avenger Phaser fun build, I use in Front is Adv. Fleet DBB, Quad Cannons, 2*DHC, and CComand Torp, and in aft i have Turrets*2 (one is the CComand Heavy Turret) and KCB, with 3 purple Tech doff with a2b, and if in a pinch, use weapon battery to top up, since have a nice stock pile of them. I have no issues unleashing phaser fun on targets.

Isn't the drain per cycle rather than per pulse?
Whatever it is, from what I see on my DHCs it drains right at the end of the "burst" and recharges right before the next firing cycle.
