They have always used this power, but until now its effect was negligible, but as of LoR, EPtE is much more potent, but as NPCs these ships lack the understanding of how to use it.

    So, this is not as much a bug as a case of an improvement intended for players that has had unintended side effects on NPCs. This definitely needs to be fixed, but it may result in a re-nerf to EPtE

    I wonder if this thread contains:

    Console - Universal - Singularity Inverter
    able to use the ability when eguiped on a shuttle, I mean when you fly starship and it is on shuttle you get the ability. and ofc the other way around.

    when firing torps when the "firing animation" is active and reaching point where target is not in arcs, like 10+km or closer than 2.5km, or behind you, it will consume cooldown but will not fire the thing.

    Which is, I think, why the boff system is messed up too (see above); it seems the shuttle is default when you open your ship with U, for one; so I wouldn't be surprised if this were the reason bridge officers are not correctly chosen any more (or seemingly random). Seems shuttle and starship matters get mixed/confused with one another, a bit.

    (note: i speak french)

    I noticied a deadly bug. If a enemy ship is "infected" by plasma (cloud, beam, torpedo...) and you fly next to them, the plasma kill your hull.

    And i also randomly die vs borg i respawn i select the borg ship and my hull melt down 2% /sec but it's attacking another party members. My shield is still at 100% but i just die randomly.

    (before romulus) PvP balance: KDF are crasy, we have to be 6 vs 1 to have a chance to win. A noob bird of prey killed my D'Kora on defensive mode with tier 5 maco set in 3sec with 1 cannons salvo.

    minor bug: On few romulan missions we hear the space station background sound, in space and on planets.

    Pulse gun shoot a random direction when you use aiming mode.

    maybe not a bug but i feel like my D'Kora is strong like a miranda on any mission. My shield is in?ficient and everything pass trough it.

    Kindly add:

    Motion Picture Federation uniform (500 Zen) is severely glitching on the collar (huge flickering), making it effectively unwearable without a scarf.

    My Romulan toon cannot use fleet chat, he can see it just not enter it. It is exactly like my Klingon toon in that i can see fleet chat but am not allowed to post in it. This is not a permissions issue within the fleet, and apparently is not bothering anyone else. The rest of my fleetmates new rommy toons are not having this problem. Has anyone else noticed this or know of a fix to suggest.

    Same for me (1time/2) you have to logout instead of changing character.

    For off duty uniform just log out log in to see it. Same for all unlocked uniform.

    Problem # 4

    4. Department heads are bugged, it won't allow you to select them until you re-select one that is already slotted, and then any selections made aren't retained after the first map change.

    This is also happening while on New Romulus. When doing a dungeon, it selects the person you beamed down with, then I just get "Bekk, bekk, bekk" as a selection. I type "u", click on the 2nd officer, at which point my initial choices flicker back to active. I can then enter the New Romulus dungeon.

    Unfortunately, once I have completed the dungeon and exit the dungeon map, I have to go through the same procedure to enter an additional dungeon.

    Not really sure why this problem has cropped up...someone probably ">'ed" when they should have "/'ed" a line of code or something.

    When on a ground mission all 4 away team members are unable to walk. When I run, my Bridge Officers run normally but when I walk they get stuck in a strange posture and "follow" me in a trembling way. This problem occured after the LoR update. I know it seems like a minor issue, but it is kind of immersion breaking for players who enjoy roleplaying.

    As you see my character walks while the away team is "paralyzed".


    Same problem with my Romulan Bridge Officers as you can see on the attached Screenshots.

    It also sounds like there are tap-dancers behind me while walking slowly.

    Multiple problems with torpedo's, did some testing with fleet-mates last night, not mines not always tracking properly (fly up to, a target that is all alone, then turn around and fly away). Torpedos go after a target other than the one that is targeted by player. Breen cluster torpedo is even more buggy (misfires to the point of being useless). At one point the in game combat log stated that the torpedo did "0 physical damage", yes it said physical, not kinetic.

    I've just tried to upgrade some duty officers on New Romulus, playing as a Fed-Romulan, but the assignment will only accept Romulan and Klingon Duty officers; not Starfleet.

    Going through the rom story line again with an eng.

    On bigger picture I cannot drop the mission or skip it and the first Galor I fight will not die after hitting zero health.

    I've just tried to upgrade some duty officers on New Romulus, playing as a Fed-Romulan, but the assignment will only accept Romulan and Klingon Duty officers; not Starfleet.

    It won't even accept all Romulan duty officers; only civilians. There is currently no way to upgrade non-civilian Romulan common duty officers.

    I don't know if the higher quality upgrade assignments are bugged too, because there's no way I'm paying those kind of dilithium costs.

    I checked out the higher quality missions and they all require Klingon doffs or civilians.

    Two more bugs...

    First, since LoR, Quantum Slipstream Drive deactivates when crossing between sector blocks, making the extended Chroniton Infused Quantum Slipstream Drive in the Multi-Mission Explorers virtually useless except in rare situations when traversing the entire length of a sector block.

    Second, also since LoR, NPC Away Team members no longer seem capable of walking, instead attempting to run in rapid bursts, resulting in an awkward scooting motion.

    ESD map colors - especially green and blue quadrants are wrong and often display as a pale yellow and grey respectively

    Mine Enemy had several double duplicate dialogs during the mission, also Admiral T'nae throughout the series for Romulans has severe issues with the voice over, she sounds like someone used Microsoft Natural Speaking, the robotic voice aside the volume is not consistent for her or Obisek.

    The whole series arc is a hack job for Romulan players.

    Since a few days ago I was able to delete one mail... It was from one character to another. That is the only mail I've been able to delete.

    3) PVE: Intermittently instantly warps you back out when attempting to join Starbase 24, Gorn minefield, Mirror Invasion.
    Verified - although I haven't checked all of them. The one I like - atmosphere - has no bugs that I can detect.

    5) Romulan Characters and allies: Romulan characters are often referred to being in allied Faction and not Romulan Republic.
    Yes! :( "We" are Romulan Republic type people!!!

    6) Map Transfer errors: Intermittent disconnects trying to transfer maps. NOT "Server not responding" but unable to transfer maps.
    I have not see this, although I have seen where it says server not repsponding in the top center - but in the top right it says patching with a download rate - that rate at times drops to zero, but usually continues at some point.


    7) Singularity Core power level no longer displaying proper level. It always says 0.
    I only notice that when in a fight, does the powers become actice along with the other singularity abilities.

    8) Singularity power that heals hull and shields isn't properly reporting level appropriate healing levels. always 100/100.
    Yes, seems to be 100/100, although I would guess that's how it's suppose to work.

    9) Sector Borg distress calls: Can not turn in completed mission.
    I got tired of doing these because I can't get the rewards, and dropped them all from all of my characters mission lists.

    10) Occasionally a Boff that is not apart of your crew will show in the dialog boxes when preparing to warp out of a system and several other instances. Seem to be completely random boffs so can't give exact ones.
    I haven't noticed that. What I have noticed is that, say for instance - in the defend base one - where 20 players are in - the 'npc' dialog box that pops up from the left center will depending upon when you warp out - stretch all the way across the screen.

    Sector maps - certain ones don't allow you to zoom out, forcing excessive manual panning.
    I haven't seen this. I would guess that it's due to the boarder of the map. I have noticed that with the D'deridx - the ship is soo big that when you warp out - your view is within the ship.

    Although not injured on the captain or the ship, many of my character avatars now have large black scars on their faces and heads. I cannot see a costume option or any other option to remove this.
    Yes! Not only characters but NPC's too. I can't remember if I reported this one or not.

    The space/ground filter for PVE queues is not working. If i select space and not ground, both still show up in the listing.
    Correct, but there are many problems with the PVE queue.
    I'm seeing player created STF's in the main list and at times - those player created one's will flip-flop between multiple ones. IE: Initially you'll see one name, and then all of a sudden it will scroll through a bunch of different names.

    ship is facing the wrong direction.
    Not only this, but your POV is from the right side of the ship and not from the rear as it has been.

    Walls can be jumped over in "Memory Lane", trapping the player.

    In the bar in "The Undying", invincible arena fighters can glitch through the energy shield and attack the player. If the player dies here before talking to Hassan, they will respawn inside the arena with no means of leaving.
    Except for exiting the client...

    I've noticed that audio doesn't seem to play right. Various 'sound effects' will inexplicably seemingly stop playing, and the problem continues and compounds to where there will be little or no sounds at all. Logging out and back in is apparently the only way to temporarily fix this.

    The Lobi Crystal in the Cold Storage mission is covered by a Mountain and is unattainable. So, the accolade cannot be rewarded.


    Infected Space: Nanite Spheres constantly get caught in the gateway. Stuck in it. This is due to the EptE change, but they need to change the pathing of these mobs so they aren't trying to fly between the rings of the gateway. They don't fit.
    The big cube also seems to try to go through the gate if it's still there. I have noticed that the spheres are also more aggressive now.

    "Message/dialog" from NPC's at left boarder in center getting in the way. I don't see a 'box' to move in the hud. IE: Fleet Base STF - There'll be loot drops and then NPC's say something, that gets in the way of trying to 'select' 'greed'/etc for the loot.

    I have been experiencing most of the listed bugs. THanks for putting the list together, it's nice to know that at least I'm not alone in it.

    #80 - Slipstream is always useless when crossing sector blocks. After the next sector loads you have to re enable full throttle and by the time everything is done qss was pretty much used up. Try to avoid using it too close to sector block crossing. That's not really a bug it's more of a map hiccup than anything and has been that way as long as i've been playing.

    Walking animation was errors is on the list.
    I'll get the doff upgrade error listed momentarily.

    I'm going to try to recreate the esd map error that you posted before adding it. I want to try to narrow down if it's a color thing on your end or something to do with the texture rehab they did recently.

    Thanks for mentioning it as I haven't even been on esd except for like 5 mins to transfer money since lor launched. Romulans rule!! lol

    Anyways guys, gals, and various aliens keep em coming and I'll try to add them asap.

    Paratrinic Shield Array at Subadmiral rank shows as X! instead of XI in the tooltip. This is a reward from the tradecraft mission.

    Not sure if it's mentioned but at the login screen Romulans get their own transporter effect but the sound is that of a Federation transporter.

    Thanks for assembling this list. It's frightfully long, isn't it? Heh. Hopefully we'll see fixes soon, and I hope you'll keep your list updated.

    I'd like to add the following: On point #24, the intermittent warp-outs in PvE play also affect Crystalline Catastrophe.

    Other bugs:
    Romulans can't wear Romulan Embassy or Fleet Odyssey clothes (though they can buy them):

    The various Romulan uniforms have too many color pallets, upwards of five different pallets on different pieces. This makes it extremely difficult (if not impossible) to properly match/coordinate the uniform. This is especially annoying (to me at least) on the 22nd Century Romulan costume. The scarf and top/bottom have different pallets, so the colors can not be matched up.

    In addition, there are many items with extra color-selecting squares that have no apparent affect and/or pallets with too few colors (for example, some of the boots have 2-4 color squares, but the only available color in their pallets is off-black).

    Actually, the Vesta has a console power that extends the use of QSS, and pre-LoR it was quite usable when switching blocks. Now QSS ends when you switch blocks. Doesn't matter how much time should be left on it's effect (or which ship you're flying, or how quickly the map loads, etc.), it ENDS on block jump. If this is WAI, it sucks. Please put it back to pre-LoR functionality.

    Finally, as a work around to the Mail-Delete bug, if you also play Champions, you can log in to that game, and be able to delete unwanted mail. You can't see attachements (or lack thereof), but yesterday I spent time deleting hundreds of Exchange Sale Notification e-mails. That was nice.
