I have been waiting around 2 years for them to fix the bug I reported which is affecting 2 of my characters who are unable to beam to ship or leave the First City or visit the bridge as these options are ALWAYS ghosted. After repeated GM requests I have been told basically to just report it as a bug and put up with it (which I have for 2years). This is not acceptable and I think it's fair that I should expect to be able to use the characters that I have paid extra to do so!
New Romulus Junior Officer Cadre. Bound to character when STF and KDF packs aren't. This mean you can't put them on the exchange or even in your account bank.
the bad part is i have seen almost all of these bugs myself, foundry is down, and it is to the point of impending play sometimes, some things are not to bad but this, how can any company allow a brand name to go this far down hill ... :S

to be honest, i wasn't to worried at first, i didn't even CARE there where bugs, hire more people maybe or something, when it is not bugged, the game is all around awesome, but i don't think they care :..(
Gameplay is extremely choppy..lots of video stutter. Go 5 steps forward...then shifted back 3...try to go thru doors...end up in wall to left or right of door. In Fight, aim left to fire...toon is rotated right and firing somewhere else....get seasick playing it...way too choppy.

Try lowering your graphics settings to see if that helps make a difference. I know in other games/virtual worlds I get laggy when I have my settings too high because my graphics card can't keep up with it, which looks choppy, same with STO too.
if that is the type of choppy i think you mean, it is most likely a matter of connection, already know a friend who plays and has that issue time to time with wi-fi

there is a bug with the mogai where it has diffrent hull stats on diffrent chars while all skills are equal.. also it has much more hull than it should be, even more than my fleet excelsior

The text in the pictures of the various Enterprises is doubled, making it nearly unreadable.
Quantum Torpedo Launcher Mk XII is mislabeled as Mk XI. Stats and picture are XII, but it is misnamed XI. this is an inconvenience if you're trying to sell a purple XII on the exchange like me, and it gets put with the XIs. the difference is about 10mil EC.
Guramba Siege Destroyer's Javelin is sometimes glitched and will display the firing animation, but will not do damage or revert back to normal/non-siege mode, but there will be a cooldown time on the javelin ability

During Cold Call in the Breen Invasion series, the Defari beam over their delegation, but as a Romulan the ship looks like a federation vessel, not a romulan one.
Scarves (academy, 2012 Fed, UFP variations, at least) cannot be selected in the tailor for Fed-allied Romulan females, and Fed-allied Borg Liberated females, even if the character has opened scarves and unlocked them.
Note: The same may be true for males and/or KDF-allied Romulans or KDF-allied Borg Liberated Romulans, but I have only tested it on females allied with the Federation.
With the winter event approaching in a some months, it would be a good idea to take care of this before there are lots of upset players who can't wear scarves on their Romulan / Borg Lib Romulan characters. Hoping the devs will fix this for us.
It's probably been mentioned but annoying to me. Bought a reman BOFF as I'm slowly working on getting an all reman crew. NONE of the Klingon Reman outfits are available to her even though they are/were to Veril and another BOFF I received via mission.

Market Building 4 in Mine Trap is still bugged; Building materials are consumed but building does not update repair status; can not repair.
