There is only two other people of the same rank as Teska and Kraq is on Holiday and the first Royal Duke of Teacup Land is still missing after his first trip to the province of Zekunda. No idea where he went.
But if she does refuse, I'd have to find somebody worthy of taking the crown and forming a symbiotic relationship with the Holy Teacup.

in reaility, he activates the time machine, travelling back 3 hours, and then his teaphone to take him outside the King's room, then time travels to about 5 minutes before the announcement
