    So i'd just bought a 14 million dollar bridge officer off the exchange and was in the middle of changing her uniform before accepting her into my crew when my game crashed.

    How likely am I to get screwed by this.

    Guess the server hamsters were performing above expectations, and had to be nerfed. Next they will nerf the wheel they run on.

    i think the enormous high spike number of players was tooooooooo heavy for the Servers again.....^^

    correction - its dumped me back at the sector map. *silently takes a deep breath and counts to 10* and disconnected after 17 second snr

    same problem here.... i thought it was my crapy internet conection, but looks like it is the hamster than make the server work.... :confused:

    .....time taken to get to character login selection screen is [EPIC], after selection gives another [EPIC] pause then "Login2_Timeout"

    Yeah, server issues this morning... disconnects, rubber-banding, can't get back in until the 4th or 5th try, then massive lag, then disconnect, etc.

    Happening to my wife in Neverwinter, as well. :(

    Hey, what a surprise, they put out a patch and weeks later they still won't invest money to handle the user load. Happens every Friday/Saturday for weeks after a major release.

    Either paying SAG for 6 hours of C list actors time in a recording booth is REALLY expensive or prozzies and nose candy went up in price, because the increase in sales isn't being invested in expanded system architecture.

    Cryptic has always had a problem with keeping their servers up. I'd laugh if I wasn't giving them money. But hey, I can always stop <watch south park freemium episode>:rolleyes:

    Yep, got kicked out of STO with server disconnect. After a very slow login, get "Login2_Timeout" when transferring map.

    I managed to get back in, but got a few 'server not responding' messages, think I'll abandon ship til things stabilize.

    I got back in for a minute or two, and got the Server not responding on and off a lot and then got thrown out again. So yeah, server needs a restart? ;-)

    Very long 'Retrieving List of Charactors'
    Then at char selection long 'retrieving list of maps'
    then 'Login2_Timeout disconnect'

    If she was in the middle of changing, chances are high, but it may make things awkward after.
